It is also indicated in teenagers and children apart from adults. Qutan 25 mg can be taken with or without food. This medication will help only control the disease but does not provide a definite cure.
Qutan 25 mg may have side effects in a few individuals. The side effects include orthostatic hypotension ( standing posture with low blood pressure), weight gain and dizziness. Many of the side effects can be managed. But in case it does not, contact your doctor immediately.
It is best to take the Qutan 25 mg same time every day for the best results. Take the Qutan 25 mg even if you feel better until you finish the treatment course as your doctor prescribes.
Qutan 25mg may affect the fertility of the patient. Be cautious while taking Qutan 25 when pregnant, especially in the last few months. Avoid breastfeeding while taking quetiapine.
