Qualiz 2.5/6.25 MG Tablet 10 is used to manage resistant high blood pressure and help manage chronic stable heart failure. It lowers the risk of cardiovascular death and prevents hospitalizations by controlling hypertension and removing excess body fluid. This combination therapy reduces the heart's workload, ensuring better blood flow and long-term heart protection.

Follow these instructions while taking Qualiz 2.5/6.25 MG Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Take it at the same time each day for best results.

Qualiz 2.5/6.25 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Qualiz 2.5/6.25 MG Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Bisoprolol (2.5 mg): This is a beta-1 selective adrenergic receptor blocker that works by slowing down your heart rate and decreasing the force of heart contractions. This action reduces the workload on your heart and blood vessels, helping to lower blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (6.25 mg): This is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps your kidneys eliminate excess salt and water from your body. By removing extra fluid, it reduces the volume of blood in your blood vessels, which in turn lowers your blood pressure.

• Store at room temperature below 25°C.

• Protect from moisture and light.

• Keep the medicine in its original packaging until ready to use.

• Store out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Lowering your consumption of sodium helps manage high blood pressure (hypertension). Try using herbs and spices instead of salt to flavour your food.
