• Incorporate omega-3 fatty acid-rich foods like salmon, mackerel, and sardines, or take omega-3 fatty acid supplements. 
• Reduce coffee consumption and switch to green tea, as coffee can raise eye pressure. 
• Follow a diet with antioxidant-rich foods like dark-green leafy vegetables, whole grains, citrus fruits, and broccoli. 
• Avoid processed foods such as high-fat meats, sugary foods, dairy products, and fast foods, as they may contribute to inflammation.

• Follow the prescribed duration of using Pred Forte Ophthalmic Suspension and avoid using it for longer than recommended.
