Piltop-DSR Capsule is used to manage GERD, acid reflux, and peptic ulcers. It reduces excess stomach acid, improves digestion, heals irritated stomach lining, and relieves heartburn, regurgitation, and acid-related discomfort.

To use Piltop-DSR Capsule, follow these steps:

• Take as advised by your doctor.
• Usually taken without food.
• The dose and duration depend on your condition and response.

Piltop-DSR Capsule is taken orally, which means you swallow it with water. It is not meant to be applied externally or injected.

Piltop-DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients: domperidone and rabeprazole.

• Domperidone: This ingredient works on the upper digestive tract by increasing the movement of the stomach and intestines. This facilitates the easy passage of food through the stomach, relieving symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
• Rabeprazole: This ingredient is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. By doing so, it provides relief from acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

• Store Piltop-DSR Capsule below 25°C to maintain its effectiveness.
• Protect the medicine from moisture and light by keeping it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the product out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Use the medicine before its expiry date mentioned on the packaging.

• Avoid spicy, fatty, and acidic foods that can trigger acid reflux or indigestion.
• Eat smaller, more frequent meals to reduce the pressure on your stomach.
• Maintain a healthy weight as excess weight can worsen symptoms.
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals; wait for at least 2 hours before lying down or going to bed.
• Quit smoking as it can irritate the digestive system and worsen symptoms.
• Limit alcohol consumption as it can increase acid production and aggravate symptoms.
• Practise stress-reducing techniques like yoga or meditation as stress can exacerbate digestive issues.

• Take as directed by the doctor for best results.
• Piltop-DSR Capsule is usually taken without food.
• Continue taking the medicine as recommended by your doctor.
• Store below 25°C, protected from moisture and light.
• Inform your doctor about all the medications you are taking.
• Use caution while consuming alcohol with the Piltop-DSR Capsule.
