Pd 30/40 MG Tablet 10 is primarily used to treat:

• Managing symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease
• Erosive oesophagitis
• Peptic ulcers
• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, a condition marked by excessive acid production in the stomach

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• It is best to take this medicine about 30 minutes before having food.

Pd 30/40 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Pd 30/40 MG Tablet 10 contains the following components:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This ingredient blocks dopamine receptors in the digestive tract, improving gastrointestinal movement, aiding in stomach emptying, and reducing the risk of acid reflux.
• Pantoprazole (40 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, this component blocks the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system (proton pump) in stomach lining cells, inhibiting the final step in acid production and thus reducing stomach acid levels.

The storage instructions for Pd 30/40 MG Tablet 10 are as follows:

• Pd 30/40 MG Tablet 10 should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Avoid sitting for long stretches; take short breaks every hour to walk or stretch and help prevent acidity. 
• Limit foods high in fat, spicy dishes, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomatoes, onions, garlic, tea, and soda. 
• Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation to manage stress, as it can worsen acid reflux. Opt for loose clothing to reduce abdominal pressure and the risk of reflux. 
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals to prevent acid reflux. Regular exercise can help with weight management, lowering the risk of acid reflux. 
• Also, steer clear of smoking and alcohol, which can raise stomach acid levels and cause heartburn.
