Parashoot 100/500 mg Tablet 10 is used for the short-term relief of acute pain and inflammation, such as severe headaches, toothaches and menstrual cramps. It is a combination medicine containing nimesulide, a selective NSAID, and paracetamol.
It is also highly effective for reducing high fever and soothing the muscle aches associated with viral infections or joint injuries. Nimesulide targets the specific enzymes at the site of injury to reduce swelling and throbbing, while paracetamol works on the central nervous system to elevate the pain threshold and lower fever. Take this tablet after a meal to protect your stomach, as directed by your doctor.
Due to the nimesulide component, this medicine should be used for the shortest duration possible, typically not exceeding 10 to 15 days, to avoid liver strain. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice dark urine or yellowing of the skin.
