Pan-D Capsule is used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid-related indigestion and peptic ulcers, and to relieve heartburn, upper abdominal bloating, nausea and sour burps. It may also help with symptoms of delayed stomach emptying.
It contains pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, a prokinetic that improves stomach movement and reduces nausea and reflux.
Take the capsule on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before breakfast, with water, exactly as prescribed.
Tell your doctor about any low potassium or magnesium, kidney or liver disease, or heart rhythm problems before starting, as domperidone can rarely affect the heart rhythm.
