Pan D Capsule 15

Pan-D Capsule is used to treat acid reflux, GERD, heartburn, and peptic ulcers. It lowers stomach acid, improves digestive movement, and relieves bloating, nausea, and indigestion while protecting the food pipe from irritation.

• Take Pan-D capsule at least 15-30 minutes before meals. 
• Take the tablet with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet. 
• Swallow it whole.
• Complete the full course of treatment even if you start feeling better.

Pan-D capsule is taken orally.

Pan-D capsule combines two active ingredients: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. 

• Domperidone is a prokinetic that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, aiding in digestion. 
• Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the production of acid in the stomach, providing relief from acid-related symptoms.

• Store Pan-D capsule at room temperature (15-25ºC) in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it away from light and moisture.
• Keep Pan-D capsule out of reach of children.
• Do not use the medication after the expiry date mentioned on the packaging.

In addition to taking Pan-D capsules, certain dietary and lifestyle changes can help manage acidity and promote digestive health:

• Try eating smaller meals, eating slowly and avoiding overeating and lying down immediately after having a meal should be avoided.
• Avoid spicy and fatty fried foods.
• Maintain a healthy weight.
• Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption.
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals. Sit in a relaxed position for better digestion.

• Take Pan-D capsule before meals as directed by your doctor, preferably in the morning for optimum effectiveness.
• In some individuals, this medicine may cause headaches, dizziness, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Inform your doctor if these effects bother you or do not go away.
• If you do not feel better after taking Pan-D capsule for 14 days, consult your doctor for further evaluation.
• Long-term use of Pan-D capsules can lead to weak bones and mineral deficiencies. Make sure to have an adequate intake of calcium and magnesium through diet or supplements as prescribed by your doctor.
• Consult your doctor before starting Pan D if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines that you take and your complete medical history.
