Pamaspas Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve menstrual pain, abdominal cramps, bloating, and fluid retention associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and dysmenorrhoea in women. It also helps relieve headaches and backaches during menstrual cycles.
It contains paracetamol, dicyclomine, and pamabrom. Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor with a glass of water, preferably after food. Use it during times of menstrual discomfort as advised, and do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time.
Using a warm heating pad on the lower abdomen, staying well hydrated, avoiding excessive salt intake, and engaging in light physical activity like walking can help ease menstrual cramps and fluid retention naturally.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, severe liver or kidney disease, urinary retention, high blood pressure, or a history of stomach ulcers. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using this medicine.
