Pamaspas Tablet contains three active ingredients each contributing differently towards alleviating menstrual symptoms:

• Dicyclomine (10 mg): This ingredient functions as an anticholinergic agent. It relaxes the smooth muscles in your stomach and bladder, reducing painful cramps and spasms prevalent during menstruation.
