Ozotel-H Tablet may interact with the following medicines:

• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): This medication could interact with NSAIDs like ibuprofen and diclofenac, reducing its blood pressure-lowering effects.

• Potassium Supplements or Potassium-Containing Salt Substitutes: Consuming these with Ozotel-H Tablet might increase potassium levels in your blood.

• Other Antihypertensive Medications: When taken alongside medicines like amlodipine or lisinopril, the combination can lower your blood pressure too much.

• High-potassium foods: Consuming foods rich in potassium, like bananas and spinach, while on this medication might lead to high potassium levels in your blood.

Ozotel-H Tablet may interact with the following conditions/diseases:

• Liver Disease: If you have liver disease, this medicine might not work as well because it's eliminated from your body through bile.

• Impaired Renal Function: People with severe kidney problems or renal artery stenosis should be cautious as this medicine could worsen their condition.

• Electrolyte Imbalances: As Ozotel-H Tablet can affect electrolyte levels, it should be used cautiously if you already have issues like hypokalaemia (low potassium), hyponatraemia (low sodium), or hypochloremia (low chloride).

The daily dose of Ozotel-H Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. The dosage can vary based on individual factors, such as how severe your condition is and how you respond to the medicine. Always follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and do not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

In case an overdose occurs, you might experience symptoms like extreme tiredness, feeling faint, or an increase in heartbeat. If these symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor promptly.

If you forget to take your regular dose of Ozotel-H Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your dosage schedule. Never increase your dosage without discussing with your doctor.
