Otrivel P 0.05 % Drops are used for relieving nasal congestion caused by common cold, sinusitis, hay fever, and other upper respiratory allergies. It is formulated with Xylometazoline (0.05%), a decongestant that works by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby reducing swelling and easing airflow.
