Otrinoz Adult Nasal Drops 10ml

Otrinoz Adult Nasal Drops are used for relieving nasal congestion, stuffiness, and irritation caused by the common cold, allergies, or sinus discomfort. It is formulated with Xylometazoline (0.1%) and Sorbitol (2%). Xylometazoline is a nasal decongestant that works by constricting swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing blockage and allowing easier breathing. Sorbitol acts as a moisturising agent, soothing dryness, hydrating the nasal lining, and relieving irritation. Together, they provide fast relief from congestion while keeping the nasal passages comfortable. 

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.1%): This is the main active ingredient and acts as a fast-acting nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, helping reduce swelling and excess mucus production.
