Follow these instructions while taking Octamop Tablet 20:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Take this medicine 1.5 to 2 hours before scheduled UV light exposure.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
Consult your doctor if you miss a scheduled dose.
