Norvent D Syrup 100ml

Norvent D Syrup is used to relieve symptoms of the common cold, flu, allergies, and hay fever, as well as reducing discomfort from upper respiratory tract infections by relieving cough, runny nose, sneezing, and throat irritation associated with these conditions.

You should take Norvent D Syrup in the following way: 

• Use the provided cup to measure your dose accurately.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Always keep the bottle tightly capped after each use.
• Note that this medicine contains sugar, so if you have diabetes, consult your doctor before use.

Norvent D Syrup is taken orally. 

Norvent D Syrup contains the following components:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4 mg): This antihistamine blocks histamine, a compound released during allergic reactions, helping to relieve symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes and throat.
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg): Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that targets the brain's cough centre to reduce the urge to cough, especially helpful for controlling dry, non-productive coughs.

• Store this syrup at room temperature, around 25°C, and protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use this medication once it has passed its expiry date.

• When managing cold, flu, or allergy symptoms, staying well-hydrated is essential, as it helps thin mucus and facilitates easier breathing. Consider sipping warm water, herbal teas, or clear broths.
• Some foods can exacerbate nasal congestion, so it is best to avoid spicy dishes and dairy products, which may lead to increased mucus production.
