Ninaf Cream 20 GM may interact with the following medicines:

• Other topical medicines applied to the same area (Clotrimazole cream, Ketoconazole cream, Mupirocin ointment): Applying multiple topical products to the same skin area may increase skin irritation. Use them only if advised by your doctor.
• Topical corticosteroids (Hydrocortisone, Mometasone): Concurrent use may mask symptoms of fungal infection or modify treatment response and should be used only under medical supervision.
• Skin-irritating products (Salicylic acid, Benzoyl peroxide): Combining these products may increase redness, dryness, or irritation of the skin.

Use Ninaf Cream 20 GM with caution if you have:

• Severely inflamed or damaged skin: Application on broken or severely irritated skin may increase irritation or absorption of the medicine.

Use Ninaf Cream 20 GM exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The amount applied and the duration of treatment depend on the type, location, and severity of the fungal infection. Use it regularly as advised by your doctor to ensure effective control of the infection and support proper healing of the affected skin.

Overdose is unlikely with topical use because the medicine acts locally on the skin. However, applying excessive amounts or using the cream more frequently than recommended may increase the risk of skin irritation, redness, burning sensation, or dryness. If severe irritation occurs or if the medicine is accidentally swallowed, seek medical advice promptly.

If you forget to apply Ninaf Cream 20 GM, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled application, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular treatment schedule. Do not apply extra cream to make up for the missed application, as this may increase the risk of skin irritation.
