Nebipil Sa Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Nebipil Sa Tablet 10:

• Take the tablet daily, preferably at the same time each day.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly, even if you feel well.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Nebipil Sa Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Nebipil Sa Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Nebivolol (5 mg): This is a selective beta-1 receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels and decreases the workload on the heart by slowing down heart rate and reducing the force of heart contractions. It also enhances the release of nitric oxide, which further helps blood vessels to dilate.

• S-Amlodipine (2.5 mg): This is a calcium channel blocker belonging to the dihydropyridine class. It prevents calcium from entering the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels, causing them to relax and widen. This action reduces peripheral vascular resistance (the resistance to blood flow in the blood vessels) and improves overall blood circulation.

• Store Nebipil Sa Tablet 10 at room temperature (30°C).

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Store in the original packaging until ready to use.

• Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Reduce your salt intake to help manage hypertension (high blood pressure). Try flavouring foods with herbs and spices instead of salt.

• Engage in regular moderate physical activity like brisk walking for 30 minutes most days. This helps lower blood pressure and improves cardiovascular health.
