CompositionNamcold FX Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of the common cold, hay fever and upper respiratory allergies, including sneezing, a runny nose and watery eyes. It contains paracetamol, phenylephrine and fexofenadine, which together ease pain, fever, congestion and allergy symptoms.
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, phenylephrine helps clear a blocked nose, and fexofenadine controls sneezing and itching caused by allergies. Take this tablet as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food, and swallow it with water.
Steam inhalation and drinking warm fluids can further help ease nasal congestion alongside this medicine. Getting adequate rest and keeping the room well ventilated may also support faster recovery from cold symptoms.
Avoid taking any other medicines containing paracetamol while using this tablet, to prevent an overdose. Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or liver problems, before starting treatment, and seek medical advice if you develop a high fever that does not settle.
