Namcold FX Tablet comprises three active ingredients:
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient is an analgesic and antipyretic. It operates by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins that cause pain and fever. It also affects the heat-regulating centres of your brain resulting in a decrease in body temperature.

Other Decongestants or Antihistamines: Concomitant use of other decongestants such as pseudoephedrine or antihistamines like loratadine may result in additive effects, increasing the risk of side effects.
