Msone Cream 15 Gm

Msone Cream is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms of eczema, which is a skin condition causing itchiness and redness.

• Providing relief from psoriasis, a skin disorder resulting in red patches covered with scales.

• Alleviating allergic reactions on the skin, characterised by redness, itching or swelling.

• Controlling rashes, which involve changes in skin colour or texture.

Follow these steps while using Msone Cream:

• Ensure that the area of skin to be treated is clean and dry.

• Put a small amount of cream on your fingertip or use a cotton swab.

• Gently rub the cream onto the affected area until it is fully absorbed into the skin.

• Be careful not to apply the cream on your face, groin, underarms, or to treat diaper rash unless directed by your doctor.

• Wash your hands after applying the cream unless your hands are the area being treated.

Msone Cream is applied topically.

Msone Cream contains mometasone (0.1 %), which has a specific role in managing skin conditions:

• Reduces Inflammation: Mometasone works by inducing the production of proteins called lipocortins in your body. Lipocortins block the release of substances like prostaglandins and leukotrienes that cause inflammation.

• Inhibits Inflammatory Response: By suppressing the release of these inflammatory mediators, mometasone helps manage symptoms associated with various skin conditions. This leads to a reduction in redness, itching, swelling and discomfort in the affected areas.

• Store Msone Cream at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep the cream away from direct light and heat; never freeze it.

• Ensure the medicine container is tightly closed after use to prevent exposure to air and moisture.

• Keep Msone Cream out of reach of children.

• If you're using Msone Cream for eczema, aim for a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Foods like fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts can help reduce inflammation.

• For psoriasis management, incorporating regular physical activity into your routine may be beneficial. Exercise can decrease stress levels which may trigger psoriasis flare-ups.
