Mesanux 1200 Tablet is used to manage mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in adults, helping to treat active disease and maintain remission to prevent flare-ups.

Uses of Mesanux 1200 Tablet are:

• Ulcerative Colitis: Helps treat active disease and maintain remission.
• Remission Maintenance: Helps prevent disease flare-ups.
• Crohn's Disease: May also be used in the management of Crohn's disease.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
• Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Can be taken with or without food.
• Continue treatment as recommended by your doctor to prevent relapses.

Mesanux 1200 Tablet contains Mesalazine (1200 mg), which acts as follows:
