M Zole 20 MG Tablet 10 is used in the following conditions: 

• Management of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux)
• Management of Heartburn
• Management  of Peptic ulcer disease
• Management of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

You should take M Zole 20 MG Tablet 10 in the following way: 

• Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the tablet. Just swallow as it is with a whole glass of water.
• Take the medication as directed at the same time each day for better results.
• It's a good idea to take it before having food. 

M Zole 20 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

M Zole 20 MG Tablet 10 contains the following component:

• Omeprazole (20 mg): Omeprazole effectively inhibits the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system, commonly referred to as the proton pump. This enzyme system is located in gastric parietal cells, which are responsible for the secretion of stomach acid. It reduces stomach acid production by inhibiting the proton pump. This action helps alleviate symptoms and promotes healing in gastrointestinal conditions caused by excessive stomach acid.

The storage instructions for M Zole 20 MG Tablet 10 are as follows:

• Store this tablet at room temperature, around 25°C, and protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use this medication once it has passed its expiry date.

• Avoid sitting for long stretches; take short breaks every hour to walk or stretch and help prevent acidity. 
• Limit foods high in fat, spicy dishes, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomatoes, onions, garlic, tea, and soda. 
• Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation to manage stress, as it can worsen acid reflux. Opt for loose clothing to reduce abdominal pressure and the risk of reflux. 
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals to prevent acid reflux. Regular exercise can help with weight management, lowering the risk of acid reflux. 
• Also, steer clear of smoking and alcohol, which can raise stomach acid levels and cause heartburn.
