Luray Cream 30Gm

Luray Cream is used to treat fungal skin infections including ringworm, jock itch and athlete's foot, providing relief from itching, scaling and redness caused by dermatophyte infections.

Uses of Luray Cream 30gm are:

• Ringworm: Effective against ringworm of the body.
• Jock Itch and Athlete's Foot: Treats fungal infections affecting the groin and feet.

To use Luray Cream, follow these steps:

• Clean and dry the affected skin area before application.

• Apply a thin layer of cream to the infected area and a small margin of healthy skin surrounding it.

• Gently rub the cream until it blends into your skin.

• Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.

Luray Cream is applied topically.

Luray Cream contains Luliconazole (1%), which works in the following manner:

• Disruption of Fungal Cell Membrane: Luliconazole interferes with the structure of the fungal cell membrane. It interrupts the formation of ergosterol, a crucial component of these membranes.

• Increased Permeability and Leakage: By hindering ergosterol synthesis, luliconazole increases the permeability of the cell membrane. This action leads to leakage of cellular contents, effectively killing the fungus and clearing up the infection.

Remember, it's essential to apply this cream as your doctor has advised to ensure its effective action against fungal infections.

• Store Luray Cream at room temperature, ideally at 25 °C. 

• Keep the cream in a tightly closed container.

• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat.

• It's essential to keep Luray Cream out of reach of children.

• Always use the cream before its expiry date, and discard it one month after the first opening.

• Maintain good personal hygiene, particularly in areas prone to fungal infections. Regular bathing can help prevent the recurrence of conditions like jock itch, athlete's foot, and ringworm.

• Wear clean, loose, breathable clothing and underwear. Tight clothing and materials that trap moisture can create an environment conducive to fungal growth. Changing your clothes, socks, and underwear daily can help manage skin infections effectively.
