Follow these instructions while taking Livanza 150 MG Tablet 10:

• Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water before taking it.
• Drink the water with the dissolved tablet.
• Continue taking this medicine for as long as your doctor advises.
• Consult your doctor if you have questions about using this medicine.

Livanza 150 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Livanza 150 MG Tablet 10 contains ursodeoxycholic acid (150 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Reduces Cholesterol Production: Ursodeoxycholic acid decreases the amount of cholesterol your liver produces and secretes into bile, lowering the risk of cholesterol gallstone formation.
• Promotes Cholesterol Solubility: It helps make cholesterol more soluble in bile, which assists in dissolving existing cholesterol gallstones in your gallbladder.
• Protects Liver Cells: Ursodeoxycholic acid shields your liver cells from damage that can be caused by toxic bile acids, improving overall liver function.
• Decreases Inflammation: It reduces inflammation in the liver and bile ducts, which is particularly helpful for conditions like primary biliary cirrhosis where inflammation damages these structures.
