• If you are taking bile acid sequestrants, take this medicine at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after those medicines.

• Atorvastatin (20 mg): This statin works by competitively inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, a crucial enzyme in cholesterol biosynthesis. • Aspirin (75 mg): A platelet aggregation inhibitor, aspirin irreversibly inhibits an enzyme in platelets known as cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1). This prevents the synthesis of thromboxane A2, a substance that causes platelets to clump together or aggregate. The inhibition of this process confers antiplatelet effects, helping prevent blood clots and reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
