Lasma 10 Tablet 10 is used to manage asthma.

Uses of Lasma 10 Tablet 10 are:

• Asthma Management: Controls persistent respiratory symptoms, prevents asthma attacks, and reduces airway inflammation.
• Allergic Rhinitis Relief: Relieves seasonal and year-round allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion.
• Exercise-induced Bronchoconstriction: Helps prevent sudden narrowing of the airways triggered by physical exertion.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• The medicine should be taken regularly, even during menstrual periods without symptoms, to get the most benefit.
• If you need to exercise, take one dose at least two hours before you start.
• Never alter your dose or stop taking this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Lasma 10 Tablet 10 contains montelukast (10 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Anti-inflammatory Effect: By blocking these CysLT1 receptors, montelukast reduces inflammation in the airways, thereby helping prevent asthma symptoms and allergic rhinitis.

It's important to note that montelukast is not a bronchodilator and does not provide immediate relief from acute asthma attacks.
