Inflasar 50/10mg Tablet is used to treat pain, swelling and inflammation associated with arthritis, sports injuries and recovery after surgery. It is a combination medicine containing an anti-inflammatory painkiller and an enzyme that helps reduce swelling.
This tablet contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme that helps break down inflamed tissue at the site of injury, providing relief from joint stiffness and muscle aches. It is particularly useful for reducing localised tissue swelling after trauma or dental procedures. Swallow the tablet whole with food, as prescribed by your doctor.
Taking this tablet with food can help protect your stomach lining, and avoiding other NSAID medicines while on this treatment can reduce the risk of stomach-related side effects.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers or cardiovascular disease before starting. Avoid taking other NSAID medicines alongside this tablet unless advised. Report persistent stomach pain, black stools or signs of an allergic reaction to your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
