Indocap SR Capsule can interact with medications, including:

• ACE inhibitors (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors) such as captopril and losartan: Concurrent use with indomethacin may diminish the antihypertensive effects and increase the risk of kidney problems.
• Beta-adrenoreceptor blocking agents such as metoprolol: Combined use with indomethacin may reduce the antihypertensive effects of beta-blockers.
• Other NSAIDs such as aspirin and diflunisal: Co-administration with indomethacin may heighten the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration. Concurrent use of diflunisal with indomethacin may increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, such as bleeding and ulceration.
• Imunosuppresants such as cyclosporine: Indomethacin may elevate cyclosporine levels in the blood, potentially leading to toxicity.
• Antiarrhythmics such as digoxin: Indomethacin may increase digoxin levels in the blood, potentially leading to digoxin toxicity.
• Antigout medication such as Probenecid: Probenecid may delay the excretion of indomethacin, potentially increasing the risk of side effects.

Indocap SR Capsule can interact with diseases, including:

• Risk of bleeding, ulceration, and bleeding disorders: Indomethacin can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration, particularly in individuals with a history of these conditions or bleeding disorders.
• Advanced renal disease: Indomethacin may further impair kidney function, particularly in individuals with advanced renal disease, leading to worsening renal function or kidney failure.
• Angina and other cardiovascular events: Indomethacin may increase the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke, particularly in individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular disease or risk factors for these conditions.
• Pre-existing asthma: Indomethacin may exacerbate asthma symptoms or precipitate asthma attacks, particularly in individuals with pre-existing asthma or other respiratory conditions.
• Anaemia: Indomethacin can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, which may exacerbate anaemia or lead to further blood loss in individuals with pre-existing anaemia.

Take the recommended dose of Indocap SR Capsule as directed by the doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to the treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage direction and consult the doctor before exceeding it. 

If you take an excessive dosage of Indocap SR Capsule by accident, it is essential to get immediate medical attention from your doctor or nearby hospital in case you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms. 

If you forget to take an Indocap SR Capsule, take it as soon as possible. If the time for the next dosage is close, skipping the missed one is recommended and resume your regular dosage routine. Never increase the dosage without the doctor’s knowledge.
