Noltrexate-10 Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines like ibuprofen and naproxen may interact with Noltrexate-10 Tablet, potentially increasing the risk of side effects.
• Certain Antibiotics: Medicines such as chloramphenicol, penicillin, sulfonamides, co-trimoxazole, trimethoprim / sulfamethoxazole, ciprofloxacin and tetracyclines may interact with this tablet, altering its absorption and effectiveness.
• Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs): Medicines like omeprazole or lansoprazole may affect the absorption of this tablet.
• Antiseizure medications: Phenytoin, when taken alongside Noltrexate-10 Tablet, can alter the latter's effectiveness.

Noltrexate-10 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: Patients with liver disease should exercise caution while taking this medicine as it could potentially worsen their condition.
• Kidney Disease: Caution is advised for those with kidney disease as this tablet might affect kidney function.
• Immune System Disorders: Due to its potential to suppress the immune system, careful monitoring is required when using Noltrexate-10 Tablet in patients with immune disorders.
