Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10 is used for the following conditions:

• Managing high blood pressure

• Reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes

• Treating fluid retention in the body

• Helping with heart failure management

• Preventing cardiovascular complications

• Controlling hypertension in kidney disease

• Managing fluid buildup in liver conditions

• Lowering blood pressure in diabetes patients

Follow these instructions while taking Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10:

• Take the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• You can take this medicine with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor.

• Try to take it at the same time each day for the best results.

• Do not open, crush, or chew the capsule.

• Keep taking the medicine regularly, even if you feel well.

• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10 is taken orally.

Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Ramipril (2.5 mg): This component is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that blocks the production of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to narrow. By reducing levels of this hormone, ramipril helps blood vessels relax and widen, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This is a thiazide diuretic or "water pill" that helps your kidneys remove excess water and salt from your body through urine. By reducing fluid volume in blood vessels, hydrochlorothiazide decreases blood pressure and enhances the blood pressure-lowering effects of ramipril.

• Store Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10 at room temperature (15-30°C).

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

• Store in the original packaging with the container tightly closed.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Reduce salt intake in your diet, as excess sodium can worsen high blood pressure (hypertension). Try using herbs and spices instead of salt for flavouring your food.

• Stay physically active with regular moderate exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes most days, which helps lower blood pressure and improves how well Hopace H 2.5 Capsule 10 works in your body.
