Follow these instructions while taking Glimcor Trio 2 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine with your first main meal of the day.

• Do not split, crush or chew the tablet.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember with food.

Glimcor Trio 2 Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to control blood sugar levels:

• Glimepiride (2 mg): This sulphonylurea component stimulates the pancreas to produce and release more insulin, which helps lower blood glucose levels in the body.

• Metformin (500 mg): It works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, reducing intestinal absorption of glucose, and improving insulin sensitivity in muscle cells, allowing them to take up glucose more effectively.

• Pioglitazone (15 mg): This thiazolidinedione enhances the body's sensitivity to insulin by activating specific receptors that regulate glucose metabolism. It also reduces glucose production in the liver and helps cells use glucose more efficiently.
