G Dase Plus Tablet is used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with arthritis, sports injuries, and recovery after surgery. It helps ease joint stiffness and muscle aches, and is also used to reduce localised tissue swelling after trauma or dental procedures.
It contains diclofenac and serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac blocks the production of pain-causing chemicals, while serratiopeptidase helps break down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation to ease swelling. Swallow the tablet whole with food as prescribed by your doctor, and avoid taking other NSAID medicines while on this treatment.
Resting the affected area, applying an ice pack for swelling, and gentle movement as advised by your doctor or physiotherapist can support your recovery alongside this medicine.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers, or cardiovascular disease. Contact your doctor if you notice black stools, persistent stomach pain, or unusual bruising, as these may need urgent attention.
