Fourderm Cream 15gm is used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi like eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. It helps relieve symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, and rashes. By blocking the chemicals that cause these symptoms, Fourderm Cream 15gm also reduces inflammation, making the skin feel more comfortable.

Fourderm Cream 15gm consists of four active components:

• Chlorhexidine Gluconate (0.2%): It is an effective antiseptic and disinfectant. It works by eliminating bacteria and preventing infections in minor cuts, wounds, and skin conditions. This component enhances the cream's ability to control bacterial contamination, ensuring proper healing.
• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This is a potent corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic (anti-itching), and vasoconstrictive (narrowing blood vessels) properties. It works by inhibiting the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation and reducing the accumulation of leukocytes (white blood cells) at the affected site.
• Miconazole (2%): This component is an antifungal agent which disrupts the synthesis of fungal cell membranes. It achieves this by inhibiting an enzyme known as 14-alpha-demethylase, which is vital for fungal growth and proliferation.
• Neomycin (0.5%): It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It blocks bacterial protein synthesis, leading to the production of non-functional proteins and, eventually, bacterial cell death. It does so by binding to a part of the bacteria known as the 30S ribosomal subunit.

• Store Fourderm Cream 15gm at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep the cream in a tightly closed container to protect it from excessive moisture.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
