Fertyl Super Tablet 5 is used for the following:

Assisting women who are unable to conceive due to irregular ovulation
Helping those struggling with infertility linked to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Regulating menstrual cycles in women facing ovulation issues

Swallow the tablet whole, without crushing or chewing it.
It can be taken with or without food.
Ensure you take it at the same time each day for maximum effectiveness.
Remember, this medicine should not be used for more than 3 menstrual cycles.
