Esole Sachet 0.75Gm is used in children to manage gastro-oesophageal reflux disease and other conditions linked to excess stomach acid production, helping ease discomfort and protect the food pipe and stomach lining.

Uses of Esole Sachet 0.75Gm are:

• Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Eases discomfort in children above 1 year caused by stomach acid flowing back into the food pipe.
• Peptic Ulcer Disease: Helps heal painful sores in the stomach lining or small intestine.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Manages this rare disorder that causes excess stomach acid production.

Giving Esole Sachet 0.75gm to your child involves the following steps:

• The contents of the sachet should be mixed with water to form a suspension for consumption.
• Shake well before use to ensure a homogenous mixture.
• The medicine should be given at least 1 hour before meals.
• For precise dosing as per your child's age, weight, and health condition, consult your doctor.

Esole Sachet 0.75gm is given orally.

Esole Sachet 0.75gm contains esomeprazole (10 mg), which acts on the body as follows:

• Inhibits H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system: Esomeprazole works by blocking an enzyme system known as the H+/K+ ATPase, or proton pump, in certain cells found in the stomach lining called gastric parietal cells.
• Reduces stomach acid production: By inhibiting the activity of this proton pump, esomeprazole effectively reduces the production of stomach acid. This helps relieve symptoms and promotes healing of the damaged lining of the oesophagus in patients with GERD.

• Store Esole Sachet 0.75gm at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep it in a dry place, protected from light and moisture.
• Ensure the product is used within 30 minutes of preparing the suspension.
