ESLO 1.25 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Treatment of high blood pressure

• Management of chronic stable angina

• Prevention of chest pain

• Reducing the risk of heart attacks

• Lowering the risk of strokes in hypertensive patients

• Improving cardiovascular health

• Decreasing vascular resistance

• Enhancing blood flow through blood vessels

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day for best results.

• You can take this tablet with or without food.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly, even if you feel well.

• Consult your doctor before stopping this medicine.

ESLO 1.25 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

ESLO 1.25 Tablet 10 contains s-amlodipine (1.25 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Calcium channel blocking: S-amlodipine blocks the entry of calcium ions into the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels, preventing these muscles from contracting and narrowing the blood vessels.

• Blood vessel relaxation: By preventing calcium from entering muscle cells, this medicine helps relax and widen the blood vessels (vasodilation), which improves blood flow and reduces the pressure inside the vessels.

• Reduced cardiac workload: The widening of blood vessels decreases the resistance against which the heart needs to pump, reducing the workload on the heart and improving overall cardiovascular function.

• Enhanced coronary blood flow: S-amlodipine specifically improves blood flow to the heart muscle, which helps prevent angina pain by ensuring the heart receives adequate oxygen.

• Store ESLO 1.25 Tablet 10 at room temperature.

• Dispose of unused medicine properly.
