Eplecard 50 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Treatment of high blood pressure

• Management of heart failure after a heart attack

• Reducing symptoms of heart failure

• Decreasing fluid retention in the body

• Managing swelling caused by liver conditions

• Reducing swelling from kidney problems

• Easing the workload on the heart

• Helping regulate salt and water balance

• Lowering the risk of cardiovascular complications

• Supporting heart function in post-heart attack patients

Follow these instructions while taking Eplecard 50 MG Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Try to take it at the same time each day, preferably in the morning.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly as advised by your doctor.

• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.
