• Potassium supplements or potassium-sparing diuretics: Taking these medications with Envas Tablet can cause an increase in blood potassium levels, potentially leading to hyperkalemia.
• Lithium: Taking lithium alongside this medicine may increase lithium levels, leading to toxicity in the body.
• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac may diminish the antihypertensive effect of this medicine.

Envas Tablet interacts with the following food:

• High-potassium foods: Excessive intake of potassium-rich foods while on this medication can contribute to hyperkalemia.

Envas Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: Individuals with liver problems should be cautious as the medication could potentially worsen their condition.
