Dyfira 240 Capsule can interact with the following medications:

• Immunosuppressants: When taken in combination with other immunosuppressive medications, there is an increased risk of infections due to the compounded effect of immune system suppression. This can leave the body more vulnerable to bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, potentially leading to severe or life-threatening complications.
• Corticosteroids: The simultaneous use of corticosteroids may further weaken the immune system, increasing susceptibility to infections. This combination could also prolong the healing process in case of infections and may mask typical signs of inflammation, making early diagnosis of an infection more challenging.

No significant food interactions have been noted, but taking Dyfira 240 Capsule with food can reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Dyfira 240 Capsule can interact with the following conditions:

• Liver Disease: Patients with pre-existing liver conditions require careful and regular monitoring of liver enzyme levels during treatment. This is because the medication can place additional strain on the liver, potentially leading to worsening liver function or even liver failure. Adjustments in dosage or alternative medications may be necessary to ensure patient safety.
• Severe Infections: The use of this medication is contraindicated during active, severe infections, as it may suppress the immune system and impair the body’s natural ability to fight off infections. 
• Lymphopenia: Patients with lymphopenia, characterised by abnormally low levels of lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell), are at higher risk for infections and other immune-related complications. Regular blood tests are crucial to monitor lymphocyte counts and detect abnormalities early.

The daily dose of Dyfira 240 Capsule should be taken as advised by your doctor. The dosage may vary based on factors such as the severity of your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Always follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor and avoid exceeding it without consultation

If you take more than the prescribed dose, contact your doctor or a medical facility immediately. Overdose symptoms may include severe flushing, abdominal discomfort, or diarrhoea.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue as normal. Do not double the dose to catch up.
