Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15

Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15 is used to manage peripheral vascular disorders.

Uses of Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15 are:

• Raynaud's Phenomenon: Improves blood flow to fingers and toes affected by this condition.
• Intermittent Claudication: Eases leg pain caused by reduced blood flow during walking.
• Peripheral Vascular Disorders: Helps improve blood flow in the extremities.

Follow these instructions while taking Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Take it at the same time each day for the best results.

Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15 is taken orally.

Duvadilan Retard Capsule 15 contains isoxsuprine (40 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Blood Vessel Dilation: Isoxsuprine relaxes and widens blood vessels throughout your body, which increases blood flow to various organs and tissues, particularly in the hands and feet.
• Peripheral Circulation Improvement: It enhances blood circulation in peripheral blood vessels, which helps alleviate symptoms of conditions like Raynaud's phenomenon, where poor circulation causes numbness and pain in extremities.
• Uterine Muscle Relaxation: Isoxsuprine reduces the strength of contractions in the uterus (womb), which makes it effective in preventing premature labour in pregnant women.
• Cerebral Blood Flow Enhancement: The medicine increases blood supply to your brain, which helps manage symptoms of cerebral vascular insufficiency, a condition where brain function is impaired due to reduced blood flow.

• Store at room temperature (below 30°C), away from direct heat.
• Keep the medicine in its original packaging until needed.
• Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• For Raynaud's phenomenon (reduced blood flow to fingers and toes), keep your hands and feet warm by wearing gloves and thick socks, especially in cold weather.
• For cerebral vascular insufficiency (reduced blood flow to the brain), include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as oily fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts, in your diet to support healthy blood circulation.
