Diclogal SP Tablet is used to manage moderate to severe pain and inflammation associated with arthritis, gout and musculoskeletal injuries, and to help control fever during illness. It contains diclofenac, an NSAID, together with paracetamol and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps reduce swelling.
This tablet should be taken with food, as prescribed by your doctor, to help protect the stomach lining. Take it as prescribed and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products at the same time, as this can increase the risk of liver-related side effects.
Resting the affected joint or muscle and applying a cold compress in the first day or two after an injury can support recovery alongside this medicine. Gentle movement, once advised by your doctor or physiotherapist, helps restore mobility gradually.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, asthma or heart conditions before starting this medicine. Report persistent nausea, a skin rash, black or bloody stools, or yellowing of the skin or eyes to your doctor promptly.
