Dicka Xp 50/10 Mg Tablet 10 Tablet 10 is used to treat pain, swelling and inflammation linked with arthritis, sports injuries and recovery from surgery. It is a combination medicine containing diclofenac (an NSAID) and serratiopeptidase (a proteolytic enzyme).
It helps relieve joint stiffness and muscle aches, and reduces localised tissue swelling after trauma or dental procedures. Swallow it whole with food, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, to protect the stomach lining. Avoid other NSAID medicines while taking it.
Rest the affected area, use a cold or warm compress as advised and return to activity gradually.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have asthma, stomach ulcers or cardiovascular disease, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Ask your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice if side effects persist or become severe. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
