Decolic Paediatric Suspension is used to manage abdominal cramps, bloating, and gas in children. It helps relieve sudden stomach pain caused by intestinal spasms and is also effective in relieving infant colic related to gas buildup in the digestive tract.

To give Decolic Paediatric Suspension to your child, follow these steps:

• Shake the bottle well before every use.

• Measure the recommended amount using a spoon or cup, which ensures an accurate dosage.

• You can mix this medicine with equal parts of water to make it easier for your child to swallow.

• This medicine can be given with or without food, but remember not to give it at the same time as antacids.

• Always consult your child's doctor for specific advice.

Decolic Paediatric Suspension comprises two active ingredients:

• Dicyclomine (10 mg): This anticholinergic antispasmodic agent works by blocking certain chemicals in your child's body that lead to muscle contractions. This action helps relax the muscles in their gastrointestinal tract, effectively lowering instances of cramping and abdominal pain.

• Simethicone (40 mg): This anti-foaming agent breaks down gas bubbles in your child's stomach and intestines, allowing for easier passage of gas and reducing bloating and discomfort.

• Store Decolic Paediatric Suspension at room temperature, ideally between 15°C to 25°C.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight and avoid exposing it to moisture.

• Ensure the suspension is kept out of reach of children.
