CompositionCyclomax Plus 20/325 mg Tablet 10 is used to relieve abdominal pain, cramps and spasms, particularly in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It is a combination medicine containing dicyclomine, an antispasmodic that relaxes intestinal muscles, and paracetamol, an analgesic that reduces pain.
By easing abnormal gut contractions, this medicine helps relieve bloating, intestinal discomfort and cramping pain. It is also useful in managing pain related to spastic colon, functional dyspepsia, biliary or renal colic, and painful menstruation (dysmenorrhoea). Take this tablet only as directed.
If abdominal pain persists or worsens, further evaluation may be required to rule out underlying conditions.
