Cortilog 16 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Managing endocrine disorders such as adrenocortical insufficiency and congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
• Alleviation of rheumatic disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis.
• Control of collagen diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus and acute rheumatic carditis.
• Management of severe allergic conditions, including bronchial asthma, medicine hypersensitivity reactions, and serum sickness.
• Helping with hematologic disorders like idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and autoimmune hemolytic anaemia.
• Palliative management of neoplastic diseases such as leukaemia and lymphoma.
• Handling severe inflammatory eye conditions such as optic neuritis and iridocyclitis.
• Managing respiratory diseases like symptomatic sarcoidosis and fulminating tuberculosis.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing the tablet.
