Coldkem Plus Syrup 60ml may interact with the following medicines:

• Tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline: Concurrent use may enhance the cardiovascular effects of phenylephrine, increasing the risk of elevated blood pressure, palpitations, or cardiac arrhythmias. Caution and medical supervision are advised when used together.
• Beta-blockers such as propranolol: Concomitant use may reduce the effectiveness of beta-blockers and lead to unopposed alpha-adrenergic activity, potentially increasing blood pressure or altering heart-rate responses. Patients with cardiovascular disease should use this combination cautiously.
