Clozol Ointment is used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete's foot, diaper rash, sweat rash and vaginal thrush.
It works by damaging the cell membrane of the fungus, stopping it from growing. Apply it to the affected area as prescribed, for external use only.
Keeping the affected area clean and dry, washing your hands before and after applying, and washing socks or tights regularly if you have athlete's foot help prevent the infection from spreading or returning.
Tell your doctor if you have any known allergy to its ingredients or if your symptoms do not improve within four weeks. Report blistering, skin peeling, or worsening irritation at the site of application.
