Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 interacts with the following medicines:

• CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines like erythromycin, ritonavir, and itraconazole may increase cilnidipine levels in your blood, potentially enhancing side effects.

• CYP2D6 inhibitors: Medicines such as quinidine, fluoxetine, and paroxetine can increase nebivolol levels, potentially lowering blood pressure excessively.

• Antihypertensives: Medicines like amlodipine, lisinopril, and losartan may cause an additive blood pressure-lowering effect when taken with Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10.

• Cardiac glycosides: Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 may increase levels of medicines like digoxin due to inhibition of P-glycoprotein, potentially leading to toxicity.

Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 should not be taken with grapefruit juice.

• Grapefruit juice: It may enhance cilnidipine exposure in the body by affecting how the liver processes the medicine, potentially increasing side effects.

Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Asthma or severe lung disease: May worsen breathing difficulties due to the nebivolol component.

• Severe liver or kidney dysfunction: This may lead to increased medicine levels in your blood, as these organs cannot process the medicine properly.

• Heart conditions: Use this medicine cautiously if you have certain heart rhythm problems, heart block, or cardiogenic shock.

• Untreated pheochromocytoma: May cause dangerous blood pressure spikes in this rare adrenal gland tumour.

Take Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Your dosage may vary based on your blood pressure readings and how you respond to the medicine. Never change your dose or stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Taking more than the prescribed dosage of Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10 may cause excessive lowering of blood pressure, slow heartbeat, dizziness, fatigue, and fainting. You might also experience nausea, ankle swelling, and a headache. Contact your doctor if you suspect an overdose.

If you forget to take your Cinod N 10/5 Tablet 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
