• Antihypertensives: Other blood pressure medicines like amlodipine, enalapril, and losartan may enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect, potentially causing hypotension (very low blood pressure).

• Heart medications: Medicines like digoxin may interact with Cilni Kem Beta 2.5 Tablet 10, increasing the risk of bradycardia (abnormally slow heart rate) and heart block.

• Hypoglycaemic agents: Medicines like insulin, metformin, and glimepiride may have enhanced blood sugar-lowering effects, increasing the risk of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar).

• Bronchospastic diseases: This medicine may worsen symptoms in patients with asthma or COPD due to its beta-blocker component.

• Diabetes: It may mask symptoms of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), making it harder to recognise when your blood sugar drops too low.

• Severe bradycardia: The medicine can further slow your heart rate if it's already below 50 beats per minute.

• Liver impairment: Patients with severe liver disease should avoid this medicine as it may worsen their condition.

• Heart failure: This medicine requires careful monitoring in patients with heart failure (reduced heart pumping efficiency).
