Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml

Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml are used for the following:

• Reducing elevated intraocular pressure

• Managing open-angle glaucoma

• Controlling ocular hypertension

• Preventing vision loss from high eye pressure

• Protecting the optic nerve from pressure damage

• Decreasing fluid production in the eye

• Improving fluid drainage from the eye

• Reducing eye redness and irritation

• Maintaining healthy eye pressure levels

• Supporting overall eye health in glaucoma patients

Follow these instructions while using Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before instiling the eye drops.

• Remove contact lenses before using the drops.

• Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid.

• Hold the dropper above your eye without touching any surface.

• Gently squeeze the bottle to release one drop into the eye pocket.

• Close your eyes and press gently on the inner corner for 1-2 minutes.

• Wait at least 5 minutes before using any other eye medicines.

• Replace the cap immediately after use.

Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml are instiled topically.

Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml contain two active ingredients:

• Brimonidine (0.15%): This component is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that works in two ways to lower intraocular pressure. It reduces the production of aqueous humour (the clear fluid inside the eye) and also increases the drainage of this fluid through the uveoscleral outflow pathway.

• Oxychloro Complex (0.005%): This ingredient functions as a mild vasoconstrictor that narrows the blood vessels on the eye's surface. It helps reduce redness and irritation in the eyes, providing a soothing effect that complements the pressure-lowering action of brimonidine.

• Store Brimochek Eye Drops 5ml at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date printed on the label.

• Maintain a healthy blood pressure: High blood pressure can increase intraocular pressure (pressure inside your eye). Include potassium-rich foods like bananas and leafy greens in your diet to help manage blood pressure naturally.

• Limit caffeine intake: Excessive caffeine consumption may temporarily raise eye pressure in some people with glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
