Bigflam Tablet 10

Bigflam Tablet 10 is used to relieve pain, swelling, and muscle stiffness from sprains, arthritis, and injuries. It combines anti-inflammatory components and a muscle relaxant to reduce discomfort and improve mobility.

• Swallow the tablet whole along with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet.
• This medicine should be taken with your meals.

Bigflam Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients:

• Serratiopeptidase (10 mg): This enzyme has anti-inflammatory, proteolytic, and fibrinolytic properties. It aids in breaking down inflammatory mediators, reducing swelling, and promoting healing by dissolving dead tissue and facilitating the absorption of cellular debris.
• Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg): As an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), diclofenac works by blocking the production of chemicals called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation in the body.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This component acts as an analgesic and antipyretic medicine. It blocks the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and reduces the sensitivity of pain receptors, helping to relieve pain and reduce fever.

• Store Bigflam Tablet 10 at room temperature, ideally between 15°C to 30°C.
