Betagel G Cream is used for managing the following conditions:

• Eczematous dermatitis
• Infected contact dermatitis
• Secondarily infected psoriasis, 
• Other steroid-responsive dermatoses

Betagel G Cream consists of two main active ingredients:

• Betamethasone (0.05 %): It is a potent synthetic corticosteroid. It reduces inflammation, itching, and other allergic reactions on the skin by inhibiting certain inflammatory mediators and suppressing immune responses.
• Gentamicin (0.1 %): It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It controls and manages superficial bacterial infections of the skin by disrupting protein synthesis in bacteria, causing them to die.
